- Free cancellation or rescheduling until the day before your lesson.
- Later cancellations and missed lessons may be charged.
- For late cancellations or exceptional circumstances, Denise can handle cases individually.
- If the teacher cancels, you receive a replacement lesson or a refund.
- 4-Lesson Plan lessons follow the same rules.
