How do I join my online lesson?+
After booking, you'll receive a confirmation with the link for your online lesson. Simply open the link at your scheduled time.
Do I need to install anything?+
No. Lessons run on Google Meet, which opens in your browser. You just need a working internet connection, a microphone and, ideally, a camera.
How do I know which teacher to choose?+
Answer two short questions on the booking page and we'll recommend a teacher based on your goal.
What if I don't know my English level?+
That's fine. Choose 'I am not sure yet' when booking — we'll recommend a teacher and adjust in the first lesson.
Can I book for my child?+
Yes. Parents book, pay and receive all communication. You can add your child's first name and age during booking.
Does a parent need to attend?+
Not for the whole lesson. For younger children, parents typically help open the lesson link and may pop in at the start or end.
Can I reschedule?+
Yes — free cancellation or rescheduling until the day before your lesson.
What happens if I miss a lesson?+
Late cancellations and missed lessons may be charged, though exceptional circumstances are handled individually. If your teacher cancels, you receive a replacement or refund.
How does the 4-Lesson Plan work?+
One payment for four lessons, normally one per week, valid for six weeks. You book the first lesson online; the remaining three are arranged directly with your teacher. It does not renew automatically.
Can my employer pay?+
Yes. Visit the For Companies page to send a short enquiry — Denise will reply with next steps and invoicing.
Are lessons recorded?+
Not by default. If you want a recording for personal review, ask your teacher.
Can I book additional lessons?+
Yes — book a single lesson any time, or purchase another 4-Lesson Plan.
How do files and homework work?+
Your teacher shares homework, vocabulary lists and notes by email between lessons.
